Dr. Tuğçe Şimşek was born in Adana in 1986. She completed her primary-secondary-high school-university education in Adana. After graduating from Çukurova University Faculty of Medicine, she completed her specialty training in Abant İzzet Baysal University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Otorhinolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery between 2011-2015.
Then he performed compulsory service in Şanlıurfa for 20 months. After his compulsory service, he worked as an Assistant Professor at Amasya University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Otorhinolaryngology between 2016-2022.
In 2022, she earned the right to become an Associate Professor.
Dr. Tuğçe Şimşek continues to accept patients in her private clinic.
